Claire writes: ‘We talk about the power of questions. If the questions we ask are powerful, we need to keep out of the way enough to let them do their work!
An effective conversation has flow as it moves forward. The hope is that something is known at the end that was not known at the beginning. That often only needs a light touch to keep the flow going. Although questions are powerful, neither a Spanish Inquisition style nor trying to be helpful (my need) are as useful as keeping out of the way!
