Supervision is a place for you to reflect on your practice, grow as a coach and ensure safety for you and the people you coach. Our groups are a hybrid of supervision (the impact of coaching on you, exploring cases and systems), mentor coaching (the nuts and bolts of what you do in the room), demos of the things we are exploring and humanity – standing together as we learn.

We offer accessible, high-quality supervision, whether you’re a dedicated coach or coaching as part of your role. It is open to coaches from all backgrounds and professional tribes, including AC, APECS, EMCC, ICF, and UCA members, as well as those using coaching skills in other professions.

Although our groups explore through both a supervision lens and looking at what might do technically, it is directly mentor coaching.  If mentor coaching is a requirement for your professional body (eg ICF), check out https://www.3dcoaching.com/mentor-coaching/. 

In mentor coaching, your development also comes from working with recordings of you actually coaching. 

Over a year, your monthly payment includes all community content in 3D’s Coaching Community, such as:

Platinum includes one 1-1 private recording review with Claire where you’ll look at a recording of you doing what you normally do and see what’s going well, and where you might pay attention.

Silver and Gold tiers are a rolling monthly commitment. You can change groups or tiers as needed, as long as there is availability in your requested group. Your billing cycle starts on the day of the month you sign up for your supervision group.

The Platinum subscription includes all the benefits of an entire year of coaching supervision with 3D Coaching, plus a recording review. Platinum groups are an annual commitment, with payments divided evenly over a 12-month period.

Yes you can. And the groups have limited spaces, so we cannot guarantee your space will be available when you return. 

Exceptions can be made for Platinum groups, as these are smaller and more intimate. And we only bring in a new member when Claire feels they will be a fit. If you are in a Platinum group and need to take a break, please contact Claire to discuss your options.

As your work flow changes, you can move up or down the tiers if there is space available. Book a chat with Claire if you would like to upgrade to an exclusive Platinum group and she will share what’s available.

You can end your membership at any time and you will immediately lose access to the live sessions, the content, the online community and all other benefits. If you want to keep access to some of the material, we suggest that you downgrade your subscription to the Bronze or free tier.

The community is based on a subscription model, so you pay every month, whether or not you come. Any session swaps or other temporary changes to your supervision group membership need to be agreed in conversation with Claire.

The live groups meet every month except for June and August. The Platinum groups have access to their meeting rooms in those months so you can meet on your own if you wish.

Yes, because your monthly subscription reserves your dedicated spot in the group, ensuring it’s held for you even if you miss a session. It also provides ongoing access to all your tier’s benefits, such as community content, coaching clinics, and cafés. You decide which benefits to use—you aren’t required to participate in everything.

If you are a member of a professional body, you will need to check out what are their expectations of how you take your supervision.

All our supervisors are trained in supervision and are experienced coaches.

Participation in a live group will count either as group supervision or CPD. Although not technically CCEU our supervision does count for ICF.  Some of the professional bodies that are happy with you being in a group also require you to bring your own topic to the group for a minimum length of time, so make sure you are in a tier that works.

You have our permission to share your supervisor’s name and contact details as part of a credential application/renewal.

(As the ICF requirements for who is your supervisor become clear, we are working to ensure that our team meet those requirements before the ICF start date.  

Fi’s Tuesday group will not count as supervision for ICF.  And most members of that group are EMCC coaches)

The groups meet for two hours a month. Up to six topics will be explored in every supervision session. Please let your supervisor know in advance if you’d like to bring a challenge or question to explore in supervision. In some groups, you may bring a topic on the day, but this cannot be guaranteed. 

• Platinum groups are smaller, more intimate groups of six, and members will be expected to bring a topic to every supervision session.
• Gold tier members can bring a topic at least 3 times a year. 
• Silver tier members can bring a topic at least 2 times a year. 
• Your opportunities reset after a year’s membership. 

All Platinum, Gold and Silver tier members can ask questions in the coaching clinic and will receive an answer within 5 days. Bronze tier members can ask questions and the responses will be shared as upcoming post content.

If you were an employee and you experienced extended illness, or bereavement, you would have colleagues who you could talk to about whether you are safe to work. If this happens to you, talk to Claire as soon as possible.

As soon as you sign up for a Silver, Gold, or Platinum supervision tier, you will be able to attend your group’s next supervision session. Supervision sessions are held monthly, ten times a year (excluding June and August when other exclusive supervision content will be offered).

You don’t need to do anything, an invitation will be emailed to you the week before your group’s supervision session, as well as the morning of the meeting.

To ensure a safer space to explore sensitive topics, we don’t record any supervision sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, please let your supervisor know as soon as possible.
