TRAINING with 3D COACHING:
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM 3D
- All of our training is experiential and facilitated learning, with you at the centre
- We are committed to working in small groups and we focus on the people in the room
- We will make the space safe enough. There will be no judgement when mistakes are made
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- We will all learn together – systemically. If you’re not present, that impacts the learning of everyone on the course as well as you. So we expect you to commit to coming to the whole course. If you miss session one, you won’t be able to come to the rest of the course (unless, exceptionally, this has been agreed with the trainer in advance).
- Please arrive 5 minutes early and ensure that you are ready to begin at the advertised time so that we can make a good start together. This is to respect each other’s learning and to ensure we can admit you (in case we are in breakout rooms)
- You will be at every session, fully present, and cameras on, unless there is a real emergency. On courses lasting more than 3 sessions, please talk to your trainer if you have holiday etc. They will tell you what you need to do to catch up on what you miss. For last minute issues please contact info@3dcoaching.com
- We will have sent you some information for the work we are doing with you: as well as how to engage with the work this may also include costs for missing or cancelling. We expect that you have read, understood and agree with this.
- You need to engage with the whole course – live or caught up – and have paid the full fees in order to get a certificate.
- For everyone to have an opportunity to practice, every delegate needs to bring some of their own stuff to think about in the small groups.
- For 1-1 sessions [or if a mid course call with a 3D Coach is part of your 3D training course] and you need to cancel please give us 5 working days (UK) notice, unless it is a real emergency. Please use the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email. If you need to cancel with less than 5 working days notice please E mail info@3dcoaching.com. There could be a reschedule cost incurred for late cancellations. [When this is part of a 3D training course you will need to complete this conversation in order to get your attendance certificate.]
- We reserve the right to remove you from a programme/ course, without refund, if:
- Your payment has not been received
- You have not attended without letting us know
- You are not respectful to our team or delegates. Building a safe learning environment is important to us.
CANCELLATION
If you are on an open programme, including Level 1 and Level 2, it is important that the optimum number of people attend in order for everyone to benefit most effectively from the course. This means that:
- if you have booked you need to attend the course in full (all dates)
- if you can no longer attend the course in full this is how the refunds work:
- 0% refund – up to 10 working days (UK) before start date
- 50% refund – up to 11-20 working days (UK) before start date
- 100% refund – 20 working days or more (UK) less a £15 admin charge (£20 outside UK to cover bank charges)
This includes Level 1 and Level 2 Pathways.
- If you are cancelling due to a real emergency or illness we will be happy to discuss the options with you.
- If 3D Coaching Ltd needs to cancel the course for any reason, we will refund you the cost or transfer you to a different date.
We ask you to be fully present – cameras on – for the whole time and to be in a space where you can engage fully. It is useful to wear a headset as this improves sound quality for everyone. In the event of your internet failing, we may be able to record the rest of the session so that you can listen back.
In the event of your trainer having an internet or power outage we will do all that we can to get back up and running. If that is not possible, the course will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.
The trainer can refuse entry onto the course if lateness or behaviour are impacting the learning of others.

The difference between on-site and online training is that online can be recorded. Sometimes, with your permission we will do that to enhance your learning. We will ask you for your permission. There will be a recording notification on your screen (or in audio prompt if you are not using video) when you log in or when the host starts the recording. Recordings will be stored on the 3D system in a secure place. They will only be shared with delegates on your course and we insist that they are not shared beyond the group. They will be deleted after 6 months.
Any bookings made on our website are subject to UK VAT – we cannot refund VAT charges. The online booking page has easy guidelines about how to book from outside the UK
CONFIDENTIALITY
- Any conversation will remain confidential to your coach/ supervisor/ trainer or the group unless you disclose an illegal activity or there is a risk to yourself, to others or by others. This means that we do not share information back to your organisation.
- In coaching, our assumption is that people are robust enough to manage their own stuff. If it emerges that they are not, we negotiate between us what happens next.
- Your training group will agree confidentiality parameters at the start of the course. If you are concerned by anything shared with you by another delegate, please share the information with your trainer.
- We will not pass on personal information to anyone outside 3D Coaching unless any or all of these apply:
– You give express consent to disclose information
– Your trainer believes that you or a third party is in serious danger
– Your trainer would be liable to civil or criminal court procedure if the information was not disclosed
- In all cases you will be encouraged to pass on the information to the relevant person or agency yourself. In line with professional requirements, trainers may discuss matters arising during the course with a supervisor external to 3D Coaching. In this process your anonymity is maintained.
- If your course is sponsored by your organisation, we abide by their safeguarding policy. If you are on an open course, we use 3D Coaching’s safeguarding policy and the trainer will consult our Safeguarding Officer, Claire Pedrick, to decide on a course of action.
- For the purposes of our professional accreditation, your name and email address (and the dates when you received your mid-course coaching, if it is part of your course ) will be kept in your coach’s log. ICF may conduct periodic audits of our data to verify our coaching experience. Some of us keep brief notes of our conversations with you and these will be shredded after six months. Your coach may discuss with their coaching supervisor how they worked with you – in an anonymised way – as part of their professional development.
COACHING/SUPERVISION/MENTOR COACHING with 3D Coaching:
For 1-1 sessions [or if a mid course call with a 3D Coach is part of your 3D training course] and you need to cancel please give us 5 working days (UK) notice, unless it is a real emergency.
If you are late, and haven’t been in contact, your coach will wait for up to 10 minutes, and will contact you after 3 minutes. If you don’t turn up then it will count as a paid for session.
Openness: If your coach/supervisor/mentor ever says or does anything that you don’t feel comfortable with or if you have a concern with the way you are working, please let them know immediately. For your work together to be effective you’ll have to be honest with them. Any problems, please contact Ness our office manager on 07823 497967
Nature of Relationship: You enter into this relationship with the understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results.
If you are working with a coach mentor, we will work with you on your coaching skills against the ICF core coaching competencies and give robust feedback. We are not able to guarantee that you will pass the credential exam.
Professional Standards: All our coaches receive regular supervision and continuing professional development from trained and experienced coaching supervisors.
YOUR DATA
All your data is put into our virtual filing cabinet. This is encrypted to keep it private and secure. We only hold the information you send us. Usually this is details like name, email address, phone number, address and whether you have had coaching/ training/ coaching supervision. We won’t tell anyone that we are working with you. Many people come back hoping that we will remember them so we will keep records for 5 years that say you have received training from us. If you would like us to delete your records (except financial records in our accounts) sooner than that, let us know and we will happily do that.
