Cost : £450 +VAT

If you are ordering from outside the UK – please use code INTERNATIONAL and we can arrange your payment via invoice with the appropriate tax for EU – and no tax for the rest of the world. Please note you will need to pay the invoice within 7 days to secure your ticket.

More information

Over four months we will 

  • start with the very least we need to do – to say nothing at all

  • listen to the sound or music of the coaching conversation

  • watch the dance or the movement of partnership

  • Notice the words and the flow

By the end of the programme you…

  • will be immersed in doing even less so that the thinker does more
  • will notice and use more in the sound and dance of coaching
  • will be working even more in partnership
  • and doing less work as the thinker does more

We will explore the least you need to do for the person you are coaching to feel seen and heard and felt, and to get new insights into their own stuff.

Each month you will be asked to do some pre-work (you’ll be given some audio/video content, we will ask you to look at your own coaching recordings,  and you will have time to reflect on the learning in advance of the session).
