“3D has chosen not to become an ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme because we would like your coaching skills to be assessed by someone independent of 3D Coaching. All our training can be used as part of a portfolio application to ICF. ICF will do the assessment as part of your credential application. 3D will provide the documentation you need to do that including a catch all certificate for the whole programme which you will receive when you have completed the necessary training.”

Our courses are all about the live learning in the room.
ACC – 60hrs
All modules are delivered online with a mix of live facilitated learning and pre-recorded videos. There will be 6 – 24 students on each module. You can complete the 60hrs over approx 18 months or longer.
This pathway gives you the 60 training hours that you need to apply for accreditation with the ICF through their portfolio route. This, alongside 10 mentor coaching hours and 100 logged hours of coaching, will provide you with enough content to apply for your ACC accreditation with the ICF. We give you all the documentation you need to make the accreditation process as simple as possible.

Cost: The total cost for the 60 training hours starts from £1800 + VAT.

What do I get?

How:
Start by booking onto Transforming Conversations and then add in the other modules to your basket until you have added everything you need for your training pathway. See below for what you need.

You can choose dates that work for you – we recommend that you start with Transforming Conversations, cohorts for this start twice a year.

Transforming Conversations [30hrs]
This is our foundation coaching training. It is about 1-1 conversations. You will work less hard and your conversations will have more impact.
Choose from 2 Cohorts a year - Spring & Autumn
Coaching Practicum [6hrs]
This is our place to practise, observe and listen to coaches coach and thinkers think. We will make mistakes and learn together in this intensive learning laboratory.
Approx. 2 Cohorts a year - Spring & Autumn
Action Learning Set Facilitation Training [10hrs]
This is many-to-one coaching. You will put your coaching into practice by learning how to facilitate an Action Learning Set: an effective method of transforming people and organisations.
Approx. 1 Cohort per quarter

Coaching over Time [4hrs]
Lots of coaching happens in a series of conversations over time. What’s different from a one-off? This course explores this and includes real coaching conversation recordings.
Business of Coaching [4hrs]
Becoming a coach is as much about building the business as it is about your own skill in the conversation. Here Claire shares her learnings from the last 25 years.
Masterclasses with Claire Pedrick MCC [8hrs]
Listen to MCC Claire Pedrick as she digs deep into each of the ICF 2021 Core Coaching Competencies.
PCC – 125hrs
If you would like to work towards your PCC accreditation or are looking for CPD to keep your accrediation up to date, then we have plenty of modules and spaces that you can choose to contribute to your learning journey.
