Every year, our amazing administrator Ness organises a gift for the team around the third Monday in January – often called Blue Monday as the holiday vibes are long gone, and we are already 253 days into the new year.  Last year it was a Cream Tea in a box. This year it was cheese and snacks.  It’s a wonderful thing to get a gift when you’re not expecting it, it’s not your birthday and it’s not Christmas!
