Claire writes: ‘I was recently walking on the hills for a supervision session. The person who had come said that they’d started the day mindfully by looking for everything that was a triangle. Looking out into the distance, we could see that the fields were full of triangles of different crops.
After a rather activating weekend, I tried this out on a walk and looked for everything that was a flower. It was an opportunity to see things that were new and different. And a wonderful way to slow down.
I’m definitely going to use ‘look for everything that is…’ again.’
