As the UK enters spring with more light, more sun and longer days, we have enjoyed some great on site work.  Su spent a day exploring how to have good, life-giving vocational conversations with curates in Sheffield – and was able to get out into the beautiful Peak District.Claire, Nathan and Ruth joined Stuart Reid to deepen our learning about  Coaching with Presence. And a bunch of coaches from MOE Foundation came to Malvern and Claire joined them for a walk.

Oscar Trimboli, Claire and Shaney Crawford continue to deepen their learning about listening with another episode coming to The Coaching Inn on 16th April.  We had a big celebration of reaching 150000 downloads of the podcast including an Open Day where it was a joy to meet lots of our listeners.

We are loving mentoring coaches. It’s all about supporting them to develop their art in a way which will support them to gain accreditation without feeling like they are ticking boxes. Two people gained their MCC in March!  Zoe has loved seeing someone in the Practicum rediscover their confidence.

And Claire has been doing another sponsored walk for Smart Works who provide coaching and clothes to support women back into work. She walked over 350000 steps in the sunshine in March to raise money for this great charity. If you would like to support her here’s the link
