Su writes,”My wonderful colleague Zoe and I have been noticing together how often wellbeing comes up in our coaching conversations at the moment. It feels like there’s a marked increase, and that even when the subject matter didn’t look like it had wellbeing at its core, that it becomes apparent that this is feeding in somehow. We have a great addition to our diary scheduler tool which means when people connect with us they can specify what they’d like to chat about: very rarely is “My Wellbeing”  written in that box.

Wellbeing does turn up differently for different people, and therefore “solutions” – or at least taking steps in a positive direction – will look different for different people too. We do think therefore that coaching can be a real shifter in this area as it’s about you and how this is for you, rather than a prescribed list of actions that don’t feel like they connect with you. 

Zoe has a real passion for wellbeing, as well as loads of experience in supporting people as they are exploring how they are doing and working out what might be different.
