Some highlights from our team this month : 

Claire writes: We piloted Deeper Noticing on a glorious day in Gloucestershire where we worked with Ruth Davey learning to look and Look Again. We will soon have a new cohort if you’re interested in signing up to another onsite day.  Once we are in flow we will think about making it available online. We believe that deeper learning in coaching comes from experience rather than theory.  It’s about deepening practice. Learning comes from the experiences we have on the day and the sense we make of those experiences together. Congratulations to Ruth and Look Again on winning the Innovations in Mindfulness Awards this month for her training programme: Working with Mindful Photography.

We have had a month full of on site stuff supporting all kinds of organisations to have better conversations, and empowering coaches to do less so that the people they coach do more! And a team day where many of us gathered to reflect on who we are and where we are going.
