We have been officially named as the Gold winner of the Social Value Initiative of the Year at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2024, in recognition of an outstanding dedication to improving healthcare and effective collaboration with the National Health Service. And the Silver winner of the Workforce and Wellbeing Initiative of the year.
- The project which was nominated is using Action Learning Sets in a Talent Management Support Network for global majority nurses, midwives and allied health professionals. Vi Thomas, Director of Nursing and Quality at NHS England (London Region) managed to roll the programme beyond the UK to a health partner in Brazil – with a little help from us and our contacts in Buenos Aires.
- With 28 separate categories this year, the winners were announced during a celebration held at Evolution London, on Thursday 21 March, hosted by Miles Jupp. The event was attended by representatives from the NHS, and both the private and third sector as well as key players from non-clinical backgrounds, all coming together to celebrate the importance of positive partnerships and acknowledging how these underpin the future sustainability of the NHS.
- Previous entrants have said that winning is a real “stamp of approval” which can be instrumental in agreeing future projects and, as ICSs move from planning to delivery, such an accolade can be vital in helping to secure a supplier’s position as a “partner of choice” to the NHS.
- To actually pick up a prestigious HSJ Partnership Award is such a huge achievement. We’d also like to extend our thanks to our NHS partners at NHS England (London Region) who played an important role in this award too – and we look forward to building on this success.
