Claire writes: “When I started my sabbatical at the end of July last year, I was in the middle of coaching two different people who were in the middle of change. We’d been meeting reasonably often so a 10 week gap felt to them like a big space.
In our July sessions, they both talked about what they wanted to be different in 10 weeks time, when we next spoke. They both described what they had set as high expectations. And the result? Of course they had done more than that! I wonder whether lots of things contributed to that, but it felt like a contained time when we both had something specific to focus on was part of what made the difference.”
