Claire writes: I recently found myself standing around the Toposcope at the top of the Malvern Hills with a group of coaches from the MOE Foundation. One of the group was telling us about his improv hobby. They encouraged him to teach us an improv game and do it together. So we stood in a circle and played the Wise, Wise game where each person says one word until the group has created a wise (or crazy) saying. When the group senses it’s wise, everyone says: Wise, Wise, Wise. For example: Always. Think. Upsidedown. Wise Wise Wise.
We play this at the end of all our on site Presence Days. And it flows. On the beacon, people were finding it hard. It made me realise that it’s easier to build on what someone else has said when you have really practiced the art of not being in control (all day!).
