3D Ideas 1137 – More for your money

Rebi writes “I have always really loved the philosophy that 3D holds that “the most significant learning happens after we have finished”– why? Because it assumes that we’re going to get way more thinking done than the 30 minutes or an hour we spend with our coach!

As you bring something to coaching the intention is that you work in partnership to move forward, even if that’s just a bit – but the joy is that you don’t have to stop the work when the time is up with your coach – your thinking can, and probably will continue.

One of my favourite things about coaching people over time is that when we next meet I know that they will have moved on from our last session, that we will be meeting in a new place in their thinking and that lots of that happened without me being there at all!

So why not book a coaching session as a catalyst for your thinking, a springboard to launch you into a new space and know that you’ll probably get more thinking done than the time you meet with your coach!! Winner!”
