Upload a recording to get in depth feedback on your coaching with suggestions on potential future development and CPD needs.
Before your 1-1, please review your recording against the competencies, noting strengths and areas for development. Your mentor will do the same. We will explore these together during the 1-1 session. Details of how to do this will be sent to you when you book your session.
