How Long We Keep Information

We generally discard information about you when we no longer need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it – and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we keep the web server logs that record information about a visitor to, such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, and operating system, for approximately 30 days. We retain the logs for this period of time in order to, among other things, analyse traffic and investigate issues if something goes wrong.

Order information and account details are retained as long as you have an active account with us, this is to allow us to refer back to previous order history and assist with accounting.

Mailing Lists

We use MailChimp to process subscriptions to our newsletter. We collect an email address as well as a first and last name. We operate a confirmation checkbox and double opt-in registration system that requests a subscribers specific consent to receive newsletters. This consent action is recorded and logged by MailChimp.

We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. More information can be found in the MailChimp privacy policy at

An option to manage communication preferences is included with all of our newsletters allowing subscribers to easily opt-out or unsubscribe at any time. You can also be removed from our mailing list by contacting us on to request removal.
