Inclusion is important to us and although the new book has the same word count as Simplifying Coaching, we have responded to feedback and it’s 50% fatter with more white space and a font that is easier to read for people who are neurodivergent.
We’ve also worked with 65 different people in 1-1 coaching contexts across our team.
