Conversations with your team are significantly different from training. Every year thousands of enthusiastic learners go on training courses which are well run, well resourced and led by excellent trainers. A large number of them benefit from the course and real learning takes place; however for some the course manual is shelved, never to be referred to again. Learning is not happening as a result of that course! There is no integration of what happened in the training with what happens in the work place. This is where facilitation can help you.

At 3D we are committed to working in a non-directive way with your agenda. Our facilitators arrive with a blank sheet of paper for the day's programme and then work with you on the issues that are really important to you and your work. Only when appropriate will we will provide the content you need in order to be able to move forward in the direction which is right for you. Trust us and trust the group! You will have far more to contribute to this process than you realise!
