We expect associates to
- Have at least 500 coaching hours
- Be experienced trainers who use a coaching style in a training room
- Be coaches who are accredited or going for accreditation with the ICF or equivalent (with external independent assessment)
- Be actively giving back to the coaching profession in some way
- Be able to bring in work and contacts
- Bring a mutual benefit for 3D
- Attend a benchmarking day before they join and then once a year
In return, we offer
