3D Coaching was established by Claire Pedrick in 1999 to provide coaching and organisational development services to the charity sector, where she already had presence and credibility. In 2003 3D Coaching took on a second director and became a Limited Company. We now work in all sectors including local government, central government, international government, the NHS, corporate, churches and charities
The intention was to grow and contribute more widely across the public and private sector, and this has been supported by planned growth. Additional professional resources were recruited in 2009, and a network of trusted associates is in place enabling us to draw on additional resources when required to meet the specific needs of clients. 3D is now is a team of top class coaches working with organisations and individuals across the UK and Mainland Europe.
We provide organisational and career development through simple top quality coaching, training and group facilitation. Simple does not mean easy. Albert Einstein said “If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on the solution, I would spend the first 55 minutes determining the proper question to ask, for once I know the proper question, I could solve the problem in less than five minutes.” 3D Coaching enables clients to do this in many different ways.
We are committed to giving our clients the best possible service so all our coaches receive systemic supervision, and many of us are actively involved in research and development projects or professional bodies to benefit the wider development of people in organisations.
