From its inception, 3D Coaching has always given at least 10% of its work away free to those unable to pay and charged on a sliding scale to accommodate small local charities and church organisations, national not for profits, public sector and corporates. If customers want to give a gratuity for pro bono work, they are invited to make a donation to our link charity which is Stop The Traffik.
Wherever possible we use local suppliers, and ensure that partners and suppliers share our values. We have a commitment to community partnerships and actively seek ways to partner in order to benefit local communities and/or community groups. Employees are shareholders of the company and along with associates are provided with ongoing professional development, an annual team residential and regular supervision.
