Claire is a sociopreneur who has established a successful business that uses coaching in many different ways, helping clients across all sectors to understand their purpose and achieve the outcomes they need. As the Chief Executive of 3D Coaching she has established a coaching skills development programme (Coaching for Excellence) and is regularly invited to work with senior leaders including other CEOs and Bishops. As a Vocational Guidance Consultant she constantly worked across different organisational and international cultures established herself as an inspirational public speaker. In this role she also co-ordinated emergency search for relief staff during the Rwanda Crisis. She started her career as a teacher in Kenya.
Claire works with others through powerful conversations, taking them to the heart of issues and enabling them to achieve transformational change in the context of their organisation. This process is often challenging, and Claire uses simple, firm and direct questions that respect her clients’ world without allowing them to avoid difficult topics/insights. She provides clear and relevant feedback, and the feedback she receives confirms that she is able to provide more help in 10 minutes than many have received through months or years of other interventions, and has done so in every context over the last 20 years.
Claire coaches individuals and teams in different professions – including Leaders, NHS Managers, Investment Bankers, Senior Managers in Pharma, CEOs of National Charities and clergy (Curates to Bishops). She is experienced at facilitating boards and teams in corporates, the public sector and the charity sector.

Claire is an inspirational speaker and regularly speaks at events nationally about the importance of having effective conversations . She is passionate about working with organisations to engage in effective and productive conversations in order for everyone to be the best they can be.

She brings over twenty years experience and continuing professional development in coaching and works with people in a non-directive way demonstrating the simplicity of the ICF Core Coaching Competencies in all aspects of her work.

Claire is waiting for the final exam for accreditation as a Master Certified Coach with the ICF, the largest professional coaching association in the world committed to developing coaching excellence and receives coaching supervision from a Master Coach. In addition, she receives supervision on the coaching supervision which she does. She is a member of the ICF and an Associate of the Institute of Directors.
