We have the potential to be truly happy and completely ourselves but so often we can’t stop doing and rarely have time for being. Because of the busyness we don’t take time to discover who we are, how we operate and what our potential could be! Coaching provides support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity that we already have in place.
Nadia says: ‘As a coach I develop a collaborative relationship through listening, supporting, encouraging and challenging – enabling individuals to define, own and implement their action plans. At the route of it all lays an insatiable curiosity for what it truly means to be a human being and a passion to help individuals fulfil their potential.’
She spent several years living/working in Argentina, USA, Iran, Swaziland and South Africa and now lives part of the time in Dubai. Through experiencing life in different cultures Nadia learnt how to listen well and observe how people interact. This has enabled her to be an effective coach.
Before embarking as a coach Nadia spent several years managing a Leadership Development Programme. This included mentoring and supporting participants, an extremely rewarding role which led her to train as a coach.
