3D Coaching provides organisational and career development through top quality coaching, training and group facilitation.
We bring a coaching ethos to the work of personal and organisational development. We work ‘simply’, helping people to ask the right, powerful questions – and driving people towards taking up their own authority and responsibility for change. Simple doesn’t mean easy.
3D is strcutured as a public benefit company and we are moving towards becoming a CiC. Although 3D deliver specific training interventions our house style is emergent , working ‘in the moment’ with people where they are – rather than marching in and delivering pre-shaped training events. We start with the practical and underpin it with theory you need, which balances the learning that emerges in the room. We believe that it is a really effective way of intervening with individuals and groups in the context of a culture of life-long learning and CPD.
