Action Learning is a powerful tool for the transformation of people and organisations. In the UK and Ireland many small businesses, public sector employers and blue chip companies are using it at every level of management.
Action Learning is based on a radical concept: L = P + Q. Learning requires Programmed knowledge (knowledge in current use) and Questioning insight.
