Lynn Chamberlain-Clark qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist 20 years ago. Alongside her clinical work she has been part of the Bucks Health Authority Preferred Facilitator Network providing outside facilitation for change in the NHS; she has been working with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapist as a facilitator and in developing guidelines for registration.
Lynn has worked with many senior groups on team development and change management. Her passion for “communication” in its widest sense led her to helping to found Human Communication International and more recently moving into coaching as a profession. Lynn now works as an associate for 3D Coaching and as a Learning and Development Consultant within a hospital where her primary role is to bring about cultural change via the use of coaching. She has trained with Coaching Development and is going for the PCC with the International Coach Federation.
