'I felt very supported and at ease from the start. Setting small achievable targets encouraged and challenged me to do more. I felt accepted for who I was then but I was also encouraged to dream and see that there could be so much more.' VB

Believing in yourself and the art of the possible is Caroline Wolf’s philosophy in life, together with a life value of ‘treating others as you would like to be treated yourself’.

Born with extraordinary energy levels and a natural curiosity in the world and its peoples, Caroline has travelled the world extensively living and working in various countries from the States to the Far East and the Seychelles in between. Taking her philosophy and life values with her, she has been blessed with a rewarding career path in several industries. Today, Caroline divides her time between England and Europe, and brings an international flavour plus a real understanding of cross-cultural issues to the art of coaching and personal communications.

Caroline has an empathy that allows her to connect with clients at a deep level to explore and visualise the changes they wish to make in their lives, and what is holding them back from achieving them. “People tell me they have heard ‘No’ and ‘you can’t’ so often that they believe it to be true”. She sees people’s biggest hurdles as their own lack of self-belief and self-confidence; therefore an integral part of Caroline’s coaching is to work with clients to re-discover their self-worth and for them to realise how valuable they are to the world community.

Caroline inspires her clients to keep discovering life, to go on learning and continually move forwards. She motivates people to fulfil their unknown potential – to uncover the possibilities open to them and to believe in the art of the possible.

Caroline works as a professional coach and an image consultant working with individuals, private sector companies, registered charities and universities.

Previously she has worked in professional communications within the marketing and retailing industries, with recognised plc’s such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis, where she was a board director for several years and she was also part of the senior management team at Dickins & Jones (Harrods) Ltd.

Her qualifications reflect her international and professional career paths:

  • Style consultant
  • PADI master scuba diver trainer

Their hobbies are long-distance cycling and scuba-diving. Their joint credo: “You cannot move forward if you keep looking back”.
