The essence of 3D Coaching is to work with individuals and organisations towards excellence through coaching, training and facilitation. 3D Coaching is a values-based business offering coaching, facilitation, training and public speaking to companies, not-for-profit organisations and individual clients using a distinctive but simple facilitative style.
Why 3D?
All the work we do is about what people do - their roles; who they are - their identity; and why they do it - their values and vocation. whether in organisations or one to one, we are in the business of moving people towards simpliciy and excellence in their work and their organisations.
How do we work?
We work in a way which empowers participants to take responsibility for their own learning and development and acknowledges the many skills and experiences which they bring from all aspects of their life and work. Our training style is facilitative and uses incisive questioning with appropriate theory. We keep theory as simple and as relevant as possible in our quest for excellence for you.

Our values
3D Coaching is a values-based business. At least 10% of our work is done on a no fee basis. In addition, 10% of the profits of 3D Coaching Ltd are given away each year. We have all been working in a non-directive way in organisations for many years. Claire Pedrick is our Founding Director and her Christian beliefs have strongly influenced the development of the company. We work with people of any faith or none and our aim is to support you as you make your own contribution to the world in which we live. Some of our coaches share our beliefs. All of our coaches share our values.
