We don’t try and teach you stuff that you already know, we do challenge you to see what’s going on from different perspectives to create new options. And we support you in rehearsing different ways of using your skills and experience to achieve the outcomes you and your organisation needs. This doesn’t always mean doing something new, sometimes it means stopping doing something that isn’t helping. Others will be able to tell you what these things are, and we can help them to tell you, and help you to hear.
