Facilitation

The first question we will ask you when we approach us is:

  • What would you like to be different by the end of the facilitation?
  • And how will you know that has happened?

 

Once that’s clear we will begin to explore whether 3D is the right organisation to help you, and what support that might be like.

What we do know is that by the end of the event you will

  • be integrating their learning into the workplace
  • have worked on the issues that are really important to you and your work
  • have contributed far more to this process than you realise!

We can come with no agenda – and we can come with content. You choose. There are a number of different ways in which we facilitate your conversations. What’s important is that you begin to have the conversations you need to have.
