- understand the process of action learning and how it works
- understand the distinctiveness and importance of the action learning process in a group and in the learning cycle
- develop confidence in facilitating an action learning set

Using coaching for Action Learning set facilitation is so simple you will be see what you’re aiming for and believe you can do it. It will take time and practice to learn to be this simple.

Numbers
There are a maximum of 6 delegates on each course to maximise opportunities for practice and feedback. All participants are given feedback during the day and written feedback afterwards.
We believe in ongoing coaching supervision and professional development for people learning to use reflective practice. Recognising that not all organisations have the resources to provide this internally, we offer participants on this course free access to group supervision. This is currently by bi-monthly teleconference calls. There is also a drop session after every course we run in London from 5 – 6pm
