We train people to have better conversations. Better conversations are supportive and challenging and based on simple principles that can be applied in many different work contexts.
Some of the people we work with want to be professional coaches. Others want to take the insights back to their ordinary lives. We sometimes run open courses for individuals and we often work in partnership with organisations to help them make great conversations part of their culture.
We bring a commitment to working simply and all our events are emergent and fun. There is no powerpoint!
All our training involves practice in quads and just enough and just enough supporting theory for you to be able to apply what you are learning.

Transforming Conversationsprovides a 4 day space in which you can take your learning further and deeper than in a one day course. At the end of it, your conversations will be more robust and you will be more impactful.
Action Learning Set Facilitation Training is a one day course in which you can learn to apply the principles of coaching to a group setting. Since the 1960s Action Learning Sets have been transforming the way people learn at work and share good practice. It’s a form of many to one coaching.

Masterclasses support you or your coaches to develop simplicity and mastery or apply what you have learned in specific occupational settings
Benchmarking coaching against the ICF Coaching Competencies gives confidence and supports internal coaches to continue to develop high support high challenge conversations
