Developing Skills

We train people to have better conversations.  Better conversations are supportive and challenging and based on simple principles that can be applied in many different work contexts.
Some of the people we work with want to be professional coaches.  Others want to take the insights back to their ordinary lives.  We sometimes run open courses for individuals and we often work in partnership with organisations to help them make great conversations part of their culture.

We bring a commitment to working simply and all our events are emergent and fun.  There is no powerpoint!
All our training involves practice in quads and just enough and just enough supporting theory for you to be able to apply what you are learning.
