Developing skills to respond to bullying behaviour in the church

Many, if not most, people within the church will describe situations and people who disrupt the smooth running and joint working in the community by what they say and do. The community often colludes with them by not challenging this behaviour or by challenging it in a way that is inappropriate. As the minister, or member of the Senior Staff, you are in an ideal position to challenge them and to do this from a position of love.
We can help you work out how to challenge lovingly and to explore what your role in this could be. This practical workshop will enable you to develop these skills and understand and overcome your own barriers.
Over the last 12 years, 3D Coaching has worked with hundreds of clergy who have come from 42 Dioceses in the Church of England from curates to Bishops. Through 1-1 conversations, facilitation and training, our core purpose is to support and enable people to have simple and effective conversations.
