We expect associates to

• Have at least 500 coaching hours
• Be coaches who are accredited or going for accreditation with the ICF or equivalent (with external independent assessment)
• Be actively giving back to the coaching profession in some way
• Be able to bring in work and contacts
• Bring a mutual benefit for 3D
• Attend a benchmarking day when they join and then once a year
