Buy with confidence – our Refunds Policy:
Books: You have the right to cancel printed material orders within seven days of purchase, or on receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer. If you do cancel your order, please return the book in its original packaging and undamaged, and including your order number and email address, to:
3D Coaching Returns Dept, 121 Devonshire Business Centre, Works Road, Letchworth Garden City SG1 1GJ
On receiving the returned goods, we will notify you by email and refund your payment to you. This may take up to three weeks.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Cancellation Policy:
- We will try and be as flexible as we can
- In principle, no refund can be paid for events cancelled less than 7 days before the training begins although you can find someone else to take your place
- If a cancellation is made between 28 and 7 days before the event, 50% of the fees are payable
