Training to Facilitate Action Learning Sets

Train to become an Action Learning Facilitator so that you can start to facilitate sets in your workplace or organisations where you work.

Action Learning Facilitator Training Course

A simple and effective one day course provides an excellent introduction or development in Action Learning Set Facilitation.

Outcome:  You will learn to be an even more effective facilitator, presenter and set member . You will

• understand the process of action learning and how it works
• understand the distinctiveness and importance of the action learning process in a group and in the learning cycle
• be developing confidence in facilitating an action learning set
• have refined and developed your skills in facilitation, listening, questioning, giving feedback and being a set member

The day is run simply as an Action Learning Set with 4-5 participants to allow time to learn practical skills and reflect on that learning.

All the feedback on the day is based on the rigorous coaching competencies of the International Coach Federation. We believe in ongoing supervision and professional development for people learning to use reflective practice.  Recognising that not all organisations have the resources to provide this internally, we offer attendees on all our courses free access to group supervision.  This is currently by monthly teleconference calls.  We will be developing drop ins in areas where we work regularly.

The cost is only

• £500 VAT for companies
• £350 VAT for public sector organisations and charities
• £250 inc VAT for sole traders and clergy
