3D will come into your organisation and facilitate a programme to train your managers to use coaching skills. We will work with you to ensure that

it is experiential and based on sound theory

Can we afford it? We will design training with you so that it will cascade through your organisation, if you wish. If coaching is a new concept in your organisation, the first time it is run we will use 3D Facilitators and 3D Coaches. Subsequent courses use your coaches and one 3D Facilitator. Our long term aim is for you to run as much of the programme as you can internally, with supervision and mentoring from 3D Coaching. The most important outcome will be that coaching is not simply an extra tool for your staff but that together you develop a sustainable way of implementing change in the organisation. We charge a rate per day not per delegate.
